I'm trying to revive my dad's vintage Casio solar watch (yes, vintage) but haven't been able to find the specific battery for it; Yuasa 726R (rechargeable). I have found a number cross reference charts and "compatible" batteries online but none that are of rechargeable type. Figured there may be an outside chance someone on the forum may have a source I could contact.

You’ve probably found this thread, but maybe it, or it’s links, will help.

Thanks. Yes, I found that link earlier. Turns out I may be in luck and the battery is still good. I read a post on a vintage watch forum about leaving the watch in full sun for about 8 hours and that should bring it back to life. The watch has been in full sun for 6 hours and I can see the ghost of the numbers and the seconds ticking by. Looks like it may be salvageable.
