Water Pump Priming Tip

If you follow the Escape Trailer video and do the steps to prime the water pump after dewinterizing, and you do it a dozen times, and it still doesn't work....try this! Check under the trailer to make sure that you have closed the water outlet valve when filling the tank. Otherwise, you can't successfully prime the pump! Signed, so much to learn, so little time.

fwiw, 20 years of various campers, I've never had to prime the pump. just fill the tank and turn the pump on with a hot faucet on so it fills the hot water tank, once that stops spitting air, close the hot and open a cold faucet to flush any air out of that line.
