We got to see an Escape Trailer.

We visited with an Ambassador here in Southwest Colorado to view a 17b. Very gracious owner showed us an impeccably cared for 2022 with a clean contemporary finish. Very well built trailer. Looking forward to when we can get one for us but thinking it will be a 17a.
Hi there, just curious why the 17A? I actually struggled with this same decision, but ended up going with the 17B and SOOOO Glad I did. For me it was the whole Black tank thing. I did not really want to deal with the thought of dumping it, but it's really not that bad. If it's space then that is another story. The 17A gives you more storage, but honestly I have not even filled up all the cabinets in my 17B. I have only gone out on one trip so far.

We currently have an Aspen Classic Motorcycle tent trailer and use a porta potty for use in the middle of the night. I never found it to be a big deal dumping the cassette. We were backcountry backpacker's and tent people for years, washing up with hot water, a basin, towels and facecloth. For us the decision is about storage, the two larger beds and what we personally need more when we camp and travel. We do like the outdoor shower option for us and our dog.

Thank make sense. I would defiantly get the outdoor shower, it's also good to wash dishes outside and not fill up your grey tank. Recpro outdoor faucet

I don't like washing dishes outdoors and spilling the food residues and soaps on hte ground in camp, it attracts insects and pests.

when we're dry camping, we wipe off our dishes with a paper towel to remove all food crud, then spritz them with Dawn PowerWash spray, and a quick rinse in the sink, and it hardly uses any water. Powerwash is basically Dawn concentrate diluted about 10:1, with some alcohol, in a great little foaming spray bottle. Its a really effective degreaser.
