Jim, so you are a connoisseur of beer, as well as wine...? The wine tour was great fun last year - how about a beer tour? Any made in the area?
I actually know more about beer than wine. But that was a blast on the wine tour last year. I think we had more Texans than Canadians, maybe that was it. :)

It is always fun, but a beer tour would be a nice thing to do too. I have no idea how many breweries are around Osoyoos.
H-m-m-m. I was inquiring for Ned, my beer drinking guy. Guess I'll have to put him to bed after Jim's beers, and go on with my, uh, partying...
Ah, Ned seems like a trooper, he could handle it. :)
It was the chap from Florida we had to put to bed on Scotch night.
BTW, much more of a Scotch connoisseur than a wine one too. ;)

No, but I sure would like to. :)

A lot of the Canadian beers I love the taste of, but not necessarily the effect of, are way over 5%,

Unibroue Maudite is a fave at 8% ABV.

Unibroue Trois Pistoles is another great one at 9%.

Unibroue La Fin Du Monde is another good one at 9%.

Wow Jim! Another great selection! Thanks to you after the Escape Rally, I have a least 7 bottles of great scotch in my locker.

Can I come over for some beer testing - scientific research only - of course? My liver may never be the same .... but it thanks you!

Wish you guys the best!

Tom

What a great idea Jim! I would really appreciate a local micro beer tour. Perfect! I like fine wines but a well crafted fine beer is something to live for .... well after you have your Escape Trailer that is. I vote for a Micro Brewery Tour during the 2017 Escape Rally.

Any one have an opinion?

Tom

It is now almost 5 am, do you know where your Escapes are? Mine is here but not available for 3 more hours, then emptying the truck, stowing away the gear, and heading out.

Yeah, awful sorry about that, Tom. ;D
Or, is this liquor locker a ploy to get me to visit? It just might work, you know. ;)

I think this is at least something to investigate, though as baglo alluded to, it seems there is not sure how many micro-breweries are in the area.

Getting excited yet? It is now 5:37am, but who's paying attention to the time? :)

Steady now; less than an hour. How can you stand the wait?

Edit: 7:10, and the first rays of the sun
blaze across those weary eyes.

Hmmmm not sure

Hi: Kountrykamper... By now he's half way to Sumas Wa.!!!;D Alf
escape artist N.S. of Lake Erie;)

Alf, I'm not sure you're right on that. He's getting a new 19 today but with the lead time on the 5.0 TAs being over a year, he probably needed some time to get his deposit down for his next trailer and make a trip to the florist and the Godiva choklit store. Right Jim?
