Just met a potential Escape customer who says he heard that lead times are down to six weeks for some models! Hard to believe, since they were 18 months and more back in early 2022. Has the market changed that much?

Yes, and next year don’t be surprised as it goes lower.

High interest rates, pandemic panic buying being over and which pulled demand forward, and in the US (ETI main customer) the last of the 2T stimulus will have been spent. Plus we’ll be in a recession.

YOLO and FOMO will be long forgotten by then.

I don't know about six weeks, but yes lead times are much less these days. I just placed a deposit on a 5.0TA yesterday and will be signing off on the build sheet next week. The estimated completion date is 1/15/24, so just over 3 months lead time. I believe they schedule build slots for different models. Initially they were expecting my trailer to be completed in December, but when she looked at the schedule the next available build slot for a 5.0TA was for a mid-January completion.
