What do I need to bring when I pick up my trailer?

Hi Everyone,

I ran a search but came up short on things to have when picking up my new trailer. By that I mean supplies to begin using it on the way home and equipment to cover any surprises electrically/mechanically. Additionally what things should I watch for on a new trailer leak-wise or functionally electrically/mechanically. I'm a ways off from delivery but I like to be prepared.
