What "option" is a must-have?

Not a bad idea to use an extension cord. I'll see if that's a possibility, but it sure would be nice to have had it installed during construction (which is the real purpose of this thread). That way you'd have an outlet in the front and back (if you have the cable TV hookup.....which I'd also recommend, even if you don't think you'll ever use it).

While not an option per se, I recommend a trailer jack plate (foot) for the front jack. The foot helps even out pressure from the jack shaft and eliminates the need to carry some wood or something along for the jack shaft to rest on. They are relatively inexpensive. Here is an example of one.

Here is a question for Reese:
What are the most common options people add when they come to pick up their trailers?...you know, they see something on another trailer, or they talk with you and then decide they would like to add that option.

Hi: Garand...Dave; For our trailer it was a dual fuel(elect./propane) water heater. Reace re installed it while the previous owners a: went to get it and b: waited for it to be done. Lucky for us... as we usually camp with elect. hook ups, and it saves the propane for heating & cooking. Alf p.s. Why use your fuel when you already paid to plug in to the CG. currant bush???
