As the rain is coming down (what's new living in the northwest?) I'm planning to winterize the Escape in a few weeks -- after the Fall NOG. As I was checking my stock of RC antifreeze I had a though about the propane tanks: should the tanks be filled as part of the winterization process? Or does it really matter if the tanks are less than full?
I would think that is doesn't matter as there should be no moisture inside the tanks given the nature of the initial tank purge and how the tanks are filled. But it doesn't hurt to seek the advice of other Escape owners. So, should the propane tanks be filled or left as-is for the winter?
