For Sale 2015 5.0TA $25,500 usd

For Sale 2015 5.0 TA $25,500 USD
Excellent condition, everything works, non-smoking, never been cooked in (except for microwave), always stored in covered RV storage lot with electric hookup. Chocolate Brown Graphics. Located near Seattle, WA.

Also available, 2014 Ford F-150 King Ranch, White/Gold, V6 Eco Boost, crew cab, short bed 36,300 miles. Has B&W Patriot 5th wheel hitch, rated 16,000lbs. If you’re interested in both, I’ll make you a good deal.

Folks always seem to want to know why selling – basically, my “old age” body aches, pains and declining strength is making it more difficult to wrangle the trailer by myself. I still love camping and may look at some class B’s

Arrow Leaf Spring Position ?

Are the axles mounted on top of the Leaf Springs or under ?.....My 2016 Quad cab Ram Eco 6'-4" bed rails seem a little high . I am concerned about clearance and don't know any better as I am new to the art ....

Hi,

I don't know about the leaf springs mounting, but the pin box hitch is adjustable and the B&W Hitch I have also has adjustments, so would assume other hitches would as well.

I'm retired, so can be available most anytime. I still need to give the trailer it's spring bath, but if you want to see it before the bath, I'm available this Saturday or most evenings.

Give me a call and we can work out a day/time. The trailer is stored in Snohomish and we can meet there.

Thank you for your interest,

If this trailer has the axle beams mounted over the springs, and you need to switch them to under the springs, that's a straightforward job for a suitable auto or RV shop. The beams have mounting pads on both top and bottom.

Yes, the pin box and essentially all fifth-wheel hitches are adjustable in height, but that doesn't fix the problem and get the trailer level if the truck box sides are too high for the trailer's suspension setting.

The bed rails on my F150 are 57" from the ground and has the axles mounted over the springs. You can measure yours and compare. I'm assuming the 2015's have the leaf springs.

Might want to check with Escape as to when they switched to torsion axles on the 5,0 TA.
