I've been to Tombstone, but that's not it. No self respecting Arizonan would put the Texas flag on their windmill vane. [emoji23]

Greg got it right earlier. It's the 11th Street Cowboy Bar in Bandera TX. Cowboy capital of Texas. Good eats too.

You got the State right Greg, but it's a pretty big state.

Wow, I'm impressed that someone got that even close. Nice!

Punky, punky. At least you didn't have to worry about dropping it on anything important.

Avenue of the Giants is AWEsome. We were there late this summer. What I recognized was the texture of the bark on the trees and was hoping I had it right. Beautiful area.

Ok, was hoping I gave enough hints. 277 is Monument Hill State Park near Austin, TX. All my relatives are TX/OK so lots of time in the state over the years.

Did the Emerald Ash Borers get to it Dave? I know they're wiping out Ash trees all over the country.

Hi: rbryan4... It sure slowed the Ash Borers down to know we couldn't transport fire wood. That in turn bolstered sales of same, in campgrounds.
I like the pic of Dave with his torch. No rubbing sticks together for that Iowa boy!!! Alf

While we have Emerald Ash Borer in Iowa and in Benton County, this tree had been in decline for the past ten years that I've lived here. An 85 mph wind took a big piece of it a few years ago and then it was hit by lightning in 2015. Ash borer is making continued inroads. I have a nice White Ash in the front yard that I am treating with Merit ( imidacloprid) and planting trees to eventually replace what I lose and more. The picture with the flames is from when we burned the prairie last spring. In what had to be a million to one shot the burn was caught on the annual google earth update photo.

Well, I've been making it too easy for you so far. A hint - it is a 200 - 300 ft drop just behind the tent to the ocean, and it is on the East Coast.

Aha! Meat Cove, in North Cape Breton?

Maybe you shouldn't give me too many hints...[emoji23]

You found it. Here is a great video of the coast around the campground.
