I had two in my 19 which were really 2 combined smaller wood mats and the larger one in the 21 allowed this single mat to work with some sanding along one edge...

I was thinking of making one to fit with teak lath, sized to fit. I remember the 19 and 5.0 had a non-rectangular shape to the floor. Will have to see after the new moulds are done.

The bath in the 5.0 is the only downside as compared to the 21' Escape. It is the same as the 19' which is maybe 6" smaller all the way around than the 21' Escape.

Bath size for many has been shown to be a concern, but for me I appreciate the small size to give more space for other things, and leave it feel as open as possible. The bath in the 21 has the advantage of being tucked in a corner, where it being a bit bigger does not cramp the space.

Lots of pluses or minuses both ways comparing the 21 to the 5.0. Unfortunately the 5.0 does not have larger propane tanks, so you won't be able to keep it for very long.

Always some sort of compromise though, eh?

I know they're not for everyone, but I think (hope!) they'll work for us. And best of all, they're having a site-wide 25% off sale on flooring through Thursday! And there wasn't any shipping. Double Yay!

I became aware of this product due to posts about it in the past. So, thanks to whomever clued me in to this stuff.
25% off. How many square feet are you getting?

Six. Probably could have gotten 5, but Dirk said to get an extra square in case we muck it up while trimming it down. Not that that has ever happened around here!
