TV arm need wall reinforment?

We are working up our build sheet for a 17B and are planning a TV arm near the stero/DVD player. We would use it for primarily DVDs and just use a window antenna if we're looking for a severe weather report. Our contact person says the wall doesn't need reinforment, but I seem to have read in the forum that one should reinforce for the arm. I was told the refrig wall facing the rear is wall "1". Any experience or thoughts about this?
Thanks for the help.

Are they installing the arm? This is an arm you are buying from them? Arms have to be put at the edge if the wall is not reinforced.

There is a corner brace at most locations that is suitable for tv mounting.
Never in doubt, often wrong.....
