I see you didn't opt for the 12 volt, wall mounted, melon baller. Is this a mod you see in the future? I'm thinkin'... summer fruit salads in the Okanagan....

I like the 12volt melon baller mod. Small under counter dishwasher that can also wash clothes and dry them.

Wine fridge? That suggests you are not drinking it fast enough if you need to store it.

Our rule is box wine only when camping. No refrigeration needed and it is lighter than bottles to pack out when empty.

I'm interested the where and why of the venting installed in all enclosed storage cabinets. How many vents were installed and which cabinets.
