Let's see your trailer pillows!

I thought it would be fun to have a thread where those interested in doing so, can post photos of the pillows in their trailer so others can see 'em. Doesn't matter if they're sewn at home or mass produced overseas (most likely). You like 'em and they spiff up your trailer and that's all that counts!

To start off, I'll showcase the pillow covers I finally got around to sewing. I used the pocket style and dang, were they ever easy to make. I found it hard to stop. I know I have more pillows in there than I need, but it's nice to be able to switch them out from time to time. And the pillow forms were 50% off at JoAnns! Yay!

Some of the pillows use a different fabric for the back, so one of the photos has those flipped around. I just love the looks of these! Super colorful and fun.

And, of course - cat themed! (Did anyone doubt that?)

My favorite pillow is the super thick one from Select Comfort made for lounging against. It's the one on the right, black fabric with realistic looking kitties. I've already sat out there reading and didn't want to come in, it was so comfortable.

My favorite fabric is the playful looking orange tabby kitty "tiger stripey" on a red background. It's so stinkin' cute!!!

So, please post photos of your pillows. Let's have some fun!

Thanks!

Nathan hasn't sent them to me. Yet! Maybe never. Who knows. I'm not asking him to, that's for sure.

There are tons of instructions on the internet on how to make pocket pillows. One said to add 3" to the half measurement (width) for each back piece, but I found on the larger pillows I needed way more than that. You don't see the opening gap, but it's pretty close. (that's the one with the red paw print backing.)

YAY! Look forward to seeing 'em. Although I have company for almost a week, so won't be around on the computer much, I suspect.

Thanks Susan! It's been great fun. It was hard to put away the sewing machine so the house would have room for company. I still have some fabric I didn't use. Later I will.

Oooo, boring! Time to upgrade! Hit the fabric store!

Thanks! I'm spending the next week out there sleeping, so it'll be fun to test out the pillows and such.

These belong in Eggy Sue but my wife brings them in during the winter.
And she made me post this photo.

Don't have our trailer yet (January 25 pickup) but getting ready. Just picked up our pillows. Two are a solid color both sides, the other four are reversible print/solid. In the pic you can see a sample of black countertop we are getting plus three shades of gray upholstery fabric. Can't decide which to use. Will have dinette cushions and mattress cover done at Clifton Upholstery in Waco, Texas. Why have someone other than ETI do it? I wanted cording and ETI could not accommodate. Not complaining though, by any means. ETI granted several other major requests!

Laura I am afraid ours are pathetic . We like anything to do with ocean etc. and the grey one for watching TV . You have inspired Linda , now she wants to make pillows .No rain today , just very cold . Pat

Just for the record, we are not copycats, but those are the colors we are using. Pillows very similar.
You have great taste!

Like I said, I have way more than I need, so some will come back in the house. If I'm using the trailer by myself, which will be most of the time until Dirk is retired, they can stay on the dinette. One of the small ones works perfectly behind my head for when I read in bed.

Yay! Yeah, get some pillows in between on the purchases from Amazon! Oh wait, they sell pillows, don't they?
