The existing roof vent in the bathroom gives plenty of ventilation, especially if you also have an opening window in the bathroom.

Would be rather loud with a Maxx fan in that small enclosure.

Each camper has the same intake vent on the side. You can service the fridge through that vent.

I agree with ice-breaker that the bath vent is fine with the opening window and new bath door. With them open and the MAXX fan on you exhaust or supply air to push or pull moisture out of the bathroom.
