2014 5.0 TA axle lift

My new truck is a bit higher than my old one and when I get the proper clearance over the 57 truck bed rail sides, the trailer now rides a little more nose up than Id like. In those rare instances where wed stop and not unhook it wouldnt be level. SO, I figured instead of lowering the truck I could raise the trailer with the available high lift option. Since its a 2014 with the leaf springs, isnt it just a matter of moving the springs over the axles and replacing the u-bolts? It has spring perches above and below the axle, so as long as I mark which one is up now and keep that configuration, moving the springs above will give me the lift I need, right?

Best to speak with ETI, but previous posts indicate that a lift is needed if truck bed rail height is 56+. The leaf springs can be mounted above the axle which one post indicated provides 4 of lift.
