A Different Fridge Issue
Nope this isn't about the RML8555's cooling capacity (or lack there of). This is about the door latch. According to the instructions, when you are parked for a long period of time, you can disable the latch (or "locking hook" according to the manual) by pushing the little "lockbar" up. The lock bar is the white clip that is under the latch. Then you should be able to open the door just by pulling on it, like the fridge at home.
But on ours, even if the latch is held up by the lock bar, we still have to push the locking button on the top of the door to open the fridge. Also, there are two buttons on the top of the door. Do they have different purposes? Or is it just one button with two indentations?
Is that true for the rest of you? or are we doing something wrong?
Thanks.
