While they don't have 50 amp appliances (that would be a full sized electric stove with oven) many of the $500,000.00 + all electric motorhomes have 240v appliances.
They make use of the 240V available when connected to a 50 amp pedestal, and use a pair of synced inverters to make 240V when connected to a 30 amp (or when dry camping on as many as 8 6V batteries). These things are on a scale that is hard to believe (or want).
