Thanks Jim. That does look exactly like the current GP-PWM-30.

So did they locate the controller down at the drivers dinette bench, Jim or did you request it there?

I believe that is the stock location in the 19, whereas in the 21 it is located in the rear dinette. Both of these locations need to be near the batteries as well as be visible, which as you can see it is.

On the 2017 21's the controller is located above the refrigerator.

That's where mine is on the 2015 19, so looks like they moved it on the 2017 19.

I just got off the phone with Tammy yesterday and she said the new solar controller is automatic so NO DIP SWITCHES also the back up camera they say comes with transmitter attached to camera or very close I asked if I could get it installer where the transmitter would be up front and camera in back of a 21 .She informed me no so I will have it installed here in fl. You could send ETI a long video extension cable for whatever brand of camera you choose and have them run it the length of the trailer (they ran mine along the main bundle under the fridge along the wall to under the 21 bed.) You can pick up power and ground in the corners for the camera and wireless transmitter, but you do need a wired video cable between the two.

"No DIP switches" and "automatic" are very different ideas. The Samlex controller has those switches for configuration, and then operates automatically. The GoPower controller has no switches and uses front panel buttons and a screen for configuration, then operates automatically. So... both require manual configuration, and both feature automatic operation (they change charging voltage by themselves as the battery charges).

It would be possible to build a controller which configures itself to suit the attached battery, so it would both configure and operate automatically, but the GoPower GP-PWM-30 does not work that way; configuration is not automatic.
