Solar Understanding Needed!
Our Escape 21 finally arrived! A big thanks to everyone who shared info on this forum! Thanks to Jim for showing us his Escape,and sharing his wealth of knowledge about the trailer.
I need some help understanding when/ how the solar panel operates.
On shore power the Samlex Solar panel above freezer says Amp 00 Watts 0 Batt 13.4
Bulk Absorption has green light. Two green buttons at the bottom say Equilization and Display, do not know their purpose.
The smaller Samlex Power Inverter Remote panel, when pushed on, says 14.4 and has all bars lit.It also seems to turn on a fan.
I would like to know how to start solar action when off shore power.
