Every year I hook up my trailer to the house to cool down the frfge on 110 power instead of batteries or propane.

Once on the road I only use propane or battery.

Getting trailer ready

So getting the trailer ready after inactivity. Propane, electrical and water have all been sorted, what else can go wrong?

I guess I will find out first time I take it out.

The old Marshall was working but pressure was really low at the appliances. Showed red on both tanks.

replacement regulator

Couldn't source the recommended Marshall regulator locally so went with this Fairview. Everything seems to work fine will see how it lasts.

I wasn't clear. I tried it with the switch set all the way to each tank but it shows red when pointing to each tank.

Thanks for confirming the Marshall is the way to go will keep looking.

Propane regulator and auto changeover

Put two full propane tanks on the trailer today but the gauge on the auto changeover is red when set to both tanks. So I think my regulator is done. Was trying to source the recommended replacement...

I had it plugged into 120V AC overnight and now the batteries read 13.4V.

The inverter buzzes and cycles between 13.4 and 10V input power and no power at the outlets.

I will keep the AC...

electrical issue update

Turns out I had forgot to connect one of the leads to the battery. So now lights and fan are working on battery only.

I tested the battery voltage with a multimeter reads 12.7v which seems low,...

14x14 roof vent lid for 2016 Escape 19

There are 4 different hinge styles at Canadian Tire for the Camco replacement lids.

The one that worked for my trailer is the Camco 40158 Ventline prior to 2008 and Elixir beginning with 1994
