I have an almost identical pressure/filler tip to the one you have shown. Works pretty well. Only issue I have had with mine is that the end that fastens to the tire will sometimes not seal properly...

I have been inflating the tires on my 19' to 42psi for the past 4yrs. The tire performance has been good and this pressure seems to be about right.
