So really your power switch and sink leak are your only issues with the trailer. Now work with ETI to resolve the switch issue and enjoy your retirement. Life is too short to sweat the small stuff....

After reading and re-reading the original post, maybe e all need to step back and reevaluate things
As far as trailer goes he had the following items,
1 leak in the plumbing, fixed by ETI
2....
