I think the spray foam also helps keep the Heat out in warmer climates, just think about how hot asphalt gets on a hot day.

I second the 12 v drops into the under bes area...

I second the 12 v drops into the under bes area and upper kitchen cabinet for future lights, they can't put them in but will run the wires. I am curious why no spray foam?
