Nice - ETI has already done the drop-between-frame-rails floor in this case. I hadn't noticed that before. Since the frame is pretty high on a 21' I guess it still works for tank clearance.

Although the fresh water tank is under there, more importantly the frame steps up and the floor is on top of the frame. This is true of every Escape model, and probably every Trillium and related...
