That’s the same answer / reasoning we got from the local RV shop .
They believe the opening is out of whack and the door was forced to fit the opening causing the door to rub / bind .

The door on our 2018 trailer is also binding . You can see where the screw heads are scraping the paint off the door jamb and scratching the threshold . It doesn’t matter if the trailer is level ,...
