I'm thinking along the lines of Alfs comment...

I'm thinking along the lines of Alfs comment maybe going at this the wrong way. Instead of trying to fashion something that opens/closes from the front maybe something can be fashioned that works...

I'd hookup the sewer hose at the last point...

I'd hookup the sewer hose at the last point backing in where I could still access it and run it out underneath the rear bumper if that's where the path it needs to go. Finish back-in and cheat tongue...
