I looked in the water heater box by the water...

I looked in the water heater box by the water connected area but I don't see anything that looks like the picture above with shut off valve.

ok my trailer hasn't been really used since last fall. It was winterized and un winterized but i didn't do it. If water comes out when the hot waters spicket is turn on does that mean I have water...
