Rinsed part out and flow is still low. One thing I noticed is the pump sound even when faucet isn't being run. Typically I only hear it when I'm using water, flushing toilet.

I'm having a similar problem. The pump switch light turns on. I can hear a faint hum but not the usual loud noise I hear when the pump is being used. Only a trickle of water comes out of the faucet....
