Charley, Do you have one of the thermostats with a memory? My RMD seems to be a decent size temp swing. If I clear the thermostats memory and leave it run for a day I can see a 5 or so degree temp...

Might be the converter fan, if the battery is down any the fan will run as soon as it's plugged into shore power.
