5 years ago is kind of fuzzy... I'll see if I can dig out the paperwork. I know there are others here from MA, maybe someone will pipe in with more current info.

been 5 years, but I got my plates without problem in Springfield with the paperwork from ETI, after I had paid for the trailer.

Welcome Mike, Escapes popping up all over the state, 4 1/2 years ago there were no Escapes in MA, nearest was one in RI, one in VT, and one in PA. The times they are a changin.

I've taken 30/224/24 south of Chicago several...

I've taken 30/224/24 south of Chicago several times, cutting north to I-80 around Peoria. Not a bad drive through the country side but not much for campgrounds, hotels would probably work out fine.

While I didn't make the trip as work issues made me change to having the trailer delivered at the last minute, I had planned it out while taking our time to some extent.
