Are you sure this is for deploy/retract? All models with the power awning have always had a simple on/off switch, but this is only a kill switch and does not move the awning.

If one can be procured it might be easier to just get a second remote to have on hand. Given how the wireless design likely works I wouldn’t be surprised if it was very difficult or even impossible...
