That was my faulty one, I could not get the key into the cylinder lock. I removed the rear of the lock and got the number off the lock, FASTEC sent me new keys but I still could not put a master key...

Unfortunately, mine and several others did not have success in removing the old lock, the master key sent by Fastec did not release my lock. Simple fix, you know that does not exist, like Army...

In hindsight, Fastec or ETI should have sent them out, but we were trying to comply with the manufacturer's and Escape's guidance. I did not know the entire new lock was only $26...

That is when I called the lock smith, they came and fixed the problem, something like $75 which I sent to Fastec and they paid.
