The thumbscrew clamps open to accommodate 1/2 to 5/8 inch and they need about a 1/8 inch gap between the vehicle's mirror and its housing.

They are 2X convex but that has not presented a problem.

We mounted ours on our 2009 Honda Ridgeline. The mirrors can be mounted from the top or the bottom of the existing mirrors. There is infinite variability in the mounting positions to accommodate...

We used our AERO Towing mirrors for the first time heading to the rally. Found the vibration to be very minimal. We were very pleased with them. We ordered through Amazon and picked them up in Sumas...
