To make a long story longer, I tried to replace the fuses and they blew upon touching the contacts. Unplugged the AC and tried again. Same result. Reace says the converter is shot. Has a two year...

That's why I checked fuses and the extension cord. It should be reading charge. Not sure where to go from there. Talked to my mechanic, and in Vancouver, they just use tap water to top up batteries. ...
