For Sale: 2017 Escape 21c - $21,000 - Pahrump, NV

Located in Pahrump, NV which is 60 miles west of Las Vegas.

Original owner. The trailer has accumulated 3940 miles while I've boon docked around the South West and Northern Nevada for 3 years. It is in good condition and everything works. Because it has been outside a lot the outside pin striping is faded and cracked. It has a brand new custom mattress never used and a brand new toilet never used. The black tank was cleaned and all sensors are working.

Customizations

- 4 224 Amp 6 Volt batteries added in series of 2 banks of 12 volt and a rotary
switch that allows either bank to be selected or combined into a single 12 volt
448 amp system mounted under the passenger rear dining seat.
- Victron BMV-712 Battery Monitor with built-in Bluetooth wireless
communication.
- Victron MPPT 100-30 Solar controller/monitor with built-in Bluetooth wireless
controller for managing rooftop 160 watt solar panels.
- Renogy Travel Series 30A PWM with Bluetooth wireless controller for managing
external 100 Watt solar panel.
- 100 watt flexible solar panel mounted on pvc panel with a swing out leg for
positioning. Power is routed through a custom entry on passenger rear side.

No, I moved into a 5th wheel in 2021. At that time I had the black tank cleaned, installed new custom mattress and new toilet. Trailer was moved to a storage location in Pahrump.

Why so cheap ?

I based the price on the fact that I lived in it full time for 3.5 years and it has been outside for 7 years. As I mentioned in my original post the only external issue with the years is the faded/cracked striping which should be straight forward to replace. If I had only used it a couple of times and stored it so it was pristine then I would have asked 30,000+. But everything about the trailer works great and the list of what I've added I believe $21,000 is a fair price. The byer can drive it away and go camping.

Just a quick update. Since the tires were original and 7 years old I decided, for the safety of any buyer, to replace all 4 tires and spare today.
