I am the original owner of this 21C. I had it built for off grid use in Baja. I intended to live in it while I built a home but my plans changed as I found a great rental instead and I no longer need it. It was picked up from the factory in March of 2022. I had it towed south by a professional. It has approximately 5000 miles and has seen about 75 nights of light use by one person, no pets. I've extended the awning once. The hot water heater, furnace, and AC have only been test fired periodically. Rarely cooked in. It has been under a shade structure much of the time.
