2 burner stove
I’m looking for input on anyone who has a two burner stove with the top that folds flat onto the Counter. Any concerns with it, size of pots or pans you can use, or spillage/clean up issues?

It works and looks good when closed. We have not used it much as we cook outside but when we have used it there are no complaints.

There is a label on the stove that states pot size, I think it is 4" and 6" max, anything larger can cause the flames to heat downward which is not good for the trailer nor stove.

That sounds small. I understand the concern. Reace addressed it in his video and even pointed to the label but didn’t show a closeup with the numbers readable.

Now those numbers are for the bottom, we purchased some tapered collapsing pans that have small bottoms but larger tops....

We're probably going to leave ours off. Save the counter space. All we need is a coil burner or a portable induction cooktop that we can hang on the way, or put away in a drawer or cabinet.

The manual for the Suburban SDS2-RV 2 burner stove that is now used states on pg. 3: 6.25" minimum / 8.75" maximum. This appears the same as what is on the warning label in Reace's video. These are base dimensions

Cleaning the stove:
If you want a serious stove send them a Dickinson Marine cooktop which last I heard ETI will install in any trailer except the 17. Higher BTU, better flame control/dispersion and a safety flame out system. Note that the Dickinson recommends a base no bigger than 10" for the left burner and no bigger than 6" for the right burner.

I can confirm that these are the numbers that are on our 2018 5.0 TA. We have been happy with the cooktop, it does what it's supposed to do and would not go without.

We have the three burner stove, but have never used three burners. Usually, we only use one to fry eggs inside. Outside I have two single-burner butane stoves and a BBQ.

We use our oven far more than the stove. when we do use the stove, we rarely use more than one burner at a time. being able to toast rolls with melted cheese in the oven to make sandwiches? priceless. being able to bake a frozen casserole? priceless.

proper wokking requires hot oil temps, nearly char hot, while tossing the veggies and stuff around for the few seconds they take to cook. not sure I can see an instant pot doing that... sure, it can do the simmer / soup late stage.

A proper wok burner runs about 60,000 BTU.

Photographed the instructor at a community college working the wok. He explained the heat necessary and dropped a couple tablespoons of oil into the wok for a dramatic photo. The fireball exploded at least four feet above the stove. Of course I was about a foot from the wok with a wide angle lens.

30 years ago, my wife used to toss a mean wok. we kinda fell out of that. our home of the last 25 years has an electric stove top, and woks just don't work that great, even the flat bottom ones... and if you're not using the wok all the time, the oil coating gets stale, and/or they get rusty.
I do wonder if we couldn't rig a wok on top of a Camp King propane burner and get sufficient heat, doing it outdoors to keep the smoke out of the house...

That set up looks like my turkey fryer I have in the garage attic, have not used it since pnut oil got expensive.

2 burner cooktop
Has anyone had to disassemble the cooktop as shown on the video ? to clean it out after spillage/over flow of liquids ? How hard is that?
