John, I believe you heater cover is not properly attached, the bottom plastic head turns to lock, similar to the refer outside vent. Right now just the top is attached.
I had pulled the heater a few days earlier to fix the sail switch, and had just stuck the cover on there to take the pic, and fixed it properly later.
