Frightening to hear you tow at 75-85 mph. Please reconsider, it's not a matter of "can" you tow that fast, but whether it's safe. My cousin, a long time trailer owner/tower cautioned me to go 55 mph, will admit I surpass that, but not over 60. So much could happen while towing (indeed, I saw your post in midst of the story about the trailer swaying out of control and taking the Highlander with it and, at 55 mph as I recall). If those folks were going 75-85 mph, the result may have been very different. Concerned about you.
