In our 2014 fifth wheel we had a three burner stove with oven and vent hood. Although I do a lot of cooking, the performance of the oven was poor. It often burn the bottom of my bake goods. Carol and I found that we only used two of the three burner 95 per cent of the time. In our 2016 fifth wheel we enjoy the extra draw and storage space. The larger prep counter space is a plus as well. The hood is a keeper! I would love to chat about other experiences about the fifth wheel. We are about to complete our build sheet for our Escape 19. I am wondering if you like your oven and vent hood. We are considering getting the oven, though we don't have as much room as you do in your trailer (for storage). Any input appreciated. Thanks. Jennifer
