I recommend you winterize. There is a drain spigot at the bottom of the tank poking out through the insulation. It is partially exposed and if it freezes, water in it could crack the plastic.

I had the same stuck hitch problem on my new 21'. Did most of the tricks mentioned above and it helped. I did add more grease on the ball and it now slips out easily!
