I too had a detail shop look at the wheels to see...

I too had a detail shop look at the wheels to see if they could clean/polish them. They said they "could" but they refused because of liability ... because of the unknown cause of the rust on these...

No one said the aluminum is rusting ... they said the red streaks are rust. Here is more information, in my words, from the RV repair shop ... the protective covering is coming off the wheels...

One more vote here. :) 8 gauge, silicone insulation, stranded copper wire ... exceptionally flexible and more efficient than 10 gauge especially if you're running more than 40 feet in each direction.
