Much depends on your local dealer. The one I go to in Corpus Christi really stayed on the job until it got done. Lots of paper and headaches involved in warranty work.

They are top notch people....

Smile Fridge Replacement

Finally got all things resolved on my fridge. It quit on my trip home in Aug.

Dometic shipped a new one to my RV dealer and it was replaced last week. It is a new model and has stainless panels...
