We dump our Sprinter's porta-pottie at rest stops, campground restrooms, pit toilets, RED HEAD portable toilets, etc.



Rarely, and when we did it was on a pit toilet.

We do the same thing with the porta-potti in our Sprinter van. Fill the flush tank with windshield washer fluid and it can stay in the van regardless of how cold it gets.

The advantage of a cassette toilet is that it can be emptied without moving the trailer. So a once daily trip to the campground bathroom means you can stay indefinitely.
