Yes a bit of a bummer that they used BuildDate and not DepositDate because a Sept date would be much more tempting in my situation. That was one reason I started this thread - so I could whine. :)

Earliest Completion Date

We received our earliest completion date email this evening, so I assume everyone else is as well.

We made our deposit on 2020-10-02 when the build dates were Jan 2022, but choose April 2022...
