The hitch should say this (on a label), but the class is simply the weight rating, and 5000 pounds is the limit for Class 3 (Class III). As long as the Escape 19' is under 5000 pounds you're fine......

The Ridgeline actually has a full foot more wheelbase (122" or 3099 mm) than the 2011 4Runner (109.8" or 2789 mm). That's only a 10% difference, but it's a significant difference.
