For anyone wanting to install a counter extension (or anything else) on the kitchen wall (door side) of an E19 here is the framing drawing so that you can screw into something solid.

Well, that's interesting. My E19 is a month old and I'm certain that it was an option on our Build Sheet, which would have been finalized a few months ago.
I suspect this is something new - perhaps...

Did you have any problem screwing into something solid? I assumed that the extension is mounted high and to the right in order to catch cabinet frame.
