That was the same regulator from Amazon we replaced ours with .Didn't need the "H" model . Has been working fine now 4 years . Pat

I would return it . I have had to do that too. You shouldn't of received the regulator in that condition . We replaced our regulator with Amazon and it should be packaged . They will send you...
