I should of added I also painted the lid with fusion paint , I also had gotten for outside stove vent that was yellowing . Still was getting brittle . The yellowing looked terrible on the trailer . ...

I wanted to suggest that also . I am glad I finally got rid of the vent , it was in 3 1/2 years starting to get brittle , just a matter of time . Pat
